"We the undersigned, support our U.S. colleagues' efforts to ensure that the jobs created are accessible to women, minorities and the poor and that job creation initiatives include social services, alongside infrastructure development and 'green jobs.' In addition, we wish to bring public job creation, public works and employment guarantee policies to the attention of all world leaders and intenational development agencies for their urgent and immediate consideration."
